The Spiritual Wings Workshops provide students with the skills to improve the quality of their spiritual lives, while providing practical guidance for envisioning a sustainable future for families, communities and societies. Such hope comes in the form of a rational, spirit-led team process.
To be “spirit-led” means to yield to guidance with a historic, future and cosmic perspective. Spirit led individuals with such Creator-like perspectives are capable of becoming co-creatively responsible to particiapte in the co-creative process of building sustainable futures for their children, their grandchildren and the generations to come.

Spiritual Wings 1
"Beyond Belief, Developing a Conscious Relationship with God"
Spiritual Wings 1, as a precursor to Spiritual Wings 2, and utilizes Biblical and other references from the rich history of mysticism from all God-Centered religions to assist students of all God-centered relgions to move their belief in God to trusting God, and then to the experience of knowing God.
Students in Spiritual Wings 1 learn the tools and process to move through the five steps of coming to know God: from hope that there is a God, to faith there is a God, to belief God exists, (where most people are stuck), and then to trust that God loves them, and finally to knowing God exists by having personally experienced the presence of God within themselves.

"Developing A Conscious Relationship with Spirit"
Spiritual Wings 2 provides skill-building exercises and classes that nurture the development and evolution of the student’s innate spiritual potential for an emerging, conscious relationship with Spirit -- the hierarchy of beings of light from the Creator to your personal Guardian Angel. It provides students with the skills to continue their spiritual development and evolution on their own. Most people are only vaguely aware that there are many orders of beings the Creator brought into existence to aid us in our ascendant careers. Their help is always available, and they are always eager for a conversation with YOU. Are you ready for that conversation?
Spiritual Wings 2 promotes a pragmatic, practical spirituality that is non-religious. It provides skill training that moves the student toward having a conscious, conversational relationship with their Guardian Angel, Celestial Teacher, their "higher self" that is the “God-presence within,” and the various orders of spiritual beings of light present on our world.
As well, Spiritual Wings 2 helps prepare students for the much larger perspectives of their spirituality they will encounter in Spiritual Wings 3. SW3 helps students understand their spiritual responsibilities and how to engage the exciting possibilities of becoming co-creative partners with Spirit in the development of our world to become socially sustainable.

Spiritual Wings 3 -- "Developing a Conscious Working Relationship with Spirit"
Spiritual Wings 3 --
"Developing a Conscious Working Relationship with Spirit"
Spiritual Wings 3 builds upon the continuum of skill-building classes that began in Spiritual Wings 2. In Spiritual Wings 3 students learn to work within a Co-Creative Design Team environment, under the consultative guidance of the Team's Spiritual Consultant, usually a Melchizedek. For students who are not God-centered, the Consultant can be someone who has expertise in the topical area of their design work.
Students learn what gives the work of social sustainability integrity and reliability. These include, "The Continuum of Social Sustainability," "The Three Irreducible Core Values of Social Sustainability," the Schematic for Social Sustainability, and the "Social Sustainability Design Team Process".
Each of these concepts are fully tied to the intrinsic social nature of all people and are universal to people, now or 10,000 year from now. Social sustainability on the order of 250 - 2,000 years is not possible without recognizing and incorporating those universal elements of human social nature into the social processes, organizations, institutions, and social policies that support their individual social sustainability.
In the Co-Creative Design Team training environment, students learn how to manipulate the synergism of the Schematic for Sustainability and the Core Values of Sustainability to validate the beliefs, expectations, and measurable criteria of the social designs they create. This synergism acts as a “truth device” that empowers students and teams with the tools necessary to validate their beliefs and expectations against the backdrop of the core values of sustainability.
Examples of socially sustainable topics recent Workshop students have worked on include: sustainable education systems, sustainable healthy care systems, working toward a sustainable global population by decreasing abortions and decreasing teen pregnancies, for example. The Schematic can be used as a "visioning" instrument as well as a strategic planning device, that calls for short terms goals providing the support for long term, strategic goals.

The Melchizedeks
The Melchizedeks
The Melchizedeks are a very, very old order of created spiritual beings who work as administrators and teachers. Their broad perspectives and depth of vision come from hundreds of millennia of experience working on many other planets with evolving societies. Their co-creative participation with us in the Melchizedek Schools and Co-Creative Design Teams provides us with immense capability for designing sustainable social institutions. And these are the foundation of every sustainable society and sustainable civilization.
The Eagle
The Eagle

The soaring eagle is a visual icon of The Melchizedeks Schools in North America. It symbolizes tremendous depth and breadth of vision, with ease of maneuvering for multiple perspectives. With a visual acuity 5x better than humans, a Golden Eagle can easily track a rabbit at over one mile.
